No. Walk in any weekday between 10am and 6pm. If you're bringing a large lot or a certified stone, a quick call ahead means we can have the right person at the counter when you arrive.
Why sell here instead of a ground-floor booth?
Booths on the street level often broker your item up to someone like us and keep the spread. Selling upstairs to a direct buyer removes that layer. It also means a private office instead of a sidewalk window.
Will you buy broken or mismatched pieces?
Yes. Single earrings, snapped chains, bent bands, dental gold, worn flatware. Scrap is valued on metal content, so damage doesn't reduce what it weighs.
How are stones and watches valued differently?
Metal is a calculation. Diamonds and watches are an appraisal — cut, color, clarity, certification, reference number, condition and current demand for that specific model all move the number. That's why those need to be seen in person.
What should I bring?
The items and a government-issued photo ID. New York requires us to record identification on precious metal purchases. Certifications, boxes and papers help on stones and watches.
